Before You Buy
General
-
Not at this time—I currently only ship within the US. I hope to expand internationally in the future!
-
The best way is to join my newsletter—subscribers get early updates/access before new releases go public. You can also follow along on social media (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).
-
All sales are final—I don't accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me right away at giselle@creatinghallelujahs.com with a photo of the issue, and I'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Read the full Refund Policy for details.
Original Paintings
-
Every original includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity and a handwritten note from me. The painting is signed on the front and back, with the title and completion date noted on the back, and it's varnished to protect and enhance the color.
-
Yes! Email me at giselle@creatinghallelujahs.com to set up a plan. A non-refundable deposit reserves your piece, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
-
I'll be in touch directly to coordinate a shipping date and confirm your delivery address before your painting ships. An adult signature is required upon delivery, so please make sure someone will be available to receive the package.
Fine Art Prints
-
Each print is a Giclée reproduction on Premium Archival Smooth Matte Fine Art Paper—an archival-grade, acid-free paper that enhances color and detail for a true-to-original finish that lasts.
-
My prints are open edition and not tied to a limited run, though from time to time I may retire or take a piece out of rotation. The best way to stay in the loop on anything like that is to subscribe to my newsletter, where I'll always share updates first.
-
Please allow 4-5 business days for printing and packaging, plus additional time for standard shipping.
-
Every monitor displays color slightly differently, so there may be minor variation between what you see online and the physical print. I work hard through color calibration, proofing, and evaluating test prints to keep prints sold as true to the original painting as possible.
