REFUND POLICY
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is complete.
After checkout, you will receive a secure download link via email. Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam/promotions folder if needed). If you have any trouble accessing your files, feel free to reach out to us at support@creatinghallelujahs.com.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Original Paintings & Fine Art Prints
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on original paintings or fine art prints.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@creatinghallelujahs.com with a clear photo and description of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
PAYMENT PLANS & LAYAWAY POLICY
Availability
In-house installment payment plans are available exclusively for Original Paintings. If you are interested in setting up a custom plan for a specific piece, please contact support@creatinghallelujahs.com before purchasing.
Shipping/Delivery
Original paintings purchased via an installment payment plan will remain securely in the studio and will only be shipped/delivered once the final installment has successfully cleared.
Cancellation & Defaults
Because the artwork is taken off the market and held exclusively for you, the initial deposit is non-refundable. If a subsequent installment payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, the payment plan will be cancelled, the artwork will be made available for sale again, and any funds paid minus the initial deposit will be issued as a store credit, less any restocking and related fees.
Ownership
Full ownership of the painting transfers to the buyer only upon receipt and clearance of the final installment payment.
SHIPPING POLICY
Original Paintings
Once your painting is ready to ship, we'll be in touch directly to coordinate a shipping date and confirm your delivery address. An adult signature is required upon delivery, so please make sure someone will be available to receive the package.
Fine Art Prints
Prints are made to order. Orders are processed and printed within 4-5 business days, plus additional time for standard shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped via standard U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Original paintings ship free within the US. Shipping rates for fine art prints are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@creatinghallelujahs.com. We'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
